We have a number of different Terms of Business, depending on the sectors we are supplying into and if the work is under the GLAA accreditation.

You will have been given Terms of Business at the start of the business relationship, however if you would like a copy of these that is specific to your account then please contact your local office.

Below are the main T&Cs that are in place with our customers — all are based on the model documents of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation.
