We have different Terms of Business depending on the service being offered. You will have been given Terms of Business at the start of the business relationship, however if you are unsure of any aspect, please contact your local office.

Supply of temporary staff

For instances when Sure Recruitment we supply the workers and they are paid by Sure Recruitment, albeit they under the Supervision, Direction and Control of the client who they are on assignment with.

Supply of permanent recruitment service

For instances when Sure Recruitment we supply the candidate finding service and the candidate is engaged/employed (and paid) by the client direct from day 1.
