Job Description

Sure Recruitment are seeking multiple experienced 7.5t Delivery Drivers for an ongoing contract with an established leader in the furniture industry.

You’ll be delivering furniture into customers’ homes as part of a two-person team, providing a professional and friendly service. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

MUST HAVE VALID 7.5T ENTITLEMENT, CPC AND DIGI CARD

Key duties:

  • Deliver and install furniture safely in customers’ homes

  • Communicate with customers before arrival

  • Remove all packaging after delivery

  • Carry out basic vehicle and equipment checks

  • Follow all driving and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence (held 12 months, under 6 points)

  • Good customer service skills

  • Comfortable with heavy lifting

Shifts:

  • Week 1 Monday to Saturday 7am-5pm

  • Week 2 Tuesday to Friday 7am-6pm

Pay:

  • £14.50 - £15.50ph

  • £34k per annum after 12 weeks
