Sure Recruitment are recruiting reliable, committed Parcel Sorters for a full-time, temp-to-perm position with a well-established courier company in Tannochside.

This role is not short-term or ad-hoc work — it offers consistent hours, ongoing shifts, and the opportunity for a permanent contract for candidates who demonstrate reliability, performance, and commitment.

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse role, ideal for candidates with previous warehouse or parcel sorting experience. There is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Start time: 04:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Unloading trailers

• Sorting parcels into cages or onto conveyor belts

• Sorting parcels by postcode areas

• Using handheld scanners

• Manual handling duties

Requirements

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence due to early morning shift start times

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Previous warehouse experience preferred (minimum 1 year ideal)

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work on own initiative

Pay & Benefits

• £12.71 per hour (starting rate)
